3.1. Both temporary leave (leave of absence) and indefinite leave must be communicated and signed at the reception of the centre from the 1st to the 15th of the month prior to the month requested.

3.2 Students may request a temporary leave of absence (leave of absence) for justified reasons for a minimum of one consecutive month, with a maximum of two leaves of absence per academic year for a maximum duration of 2 months in total. The request for leave of absence must be made with the same advance notice as a permanent leave of absence and entails a fee for the reservation of a place of €25 per month of leave of absence, which must be paid in advance.

3.3 The client understands that the renewal of the fee is automatic and that in order to cancel the renewal of the fee, the client must inform the reception of the centre from the 1st to the 15th of the month prior to the renewal.

3.4 The Language Campus academic year ends in June. It is compulsory for students to attend scheduled classes during this month. Students who do not attend classes in June will automatically lose their place on the course. This policy applies regardless of the reason for absence and without the right to a refund of any amounts paid. Students who lose their place due to unjustified non-attendance in June will be accepted as new students for the following academic year and will not be able to benefit from any renewal offers that may be implemented.

STATEMENT ON HEALTH STATUS:

4.1 Students must state on the application form whether they suffer from any physical or mental illness, allergy, disability or any other condition that may affect them:

  • It may interfere with your ability to complete the course satisfactorily.
  • It may affect the health or well-being of any other pupil, teacher or member of staff.
  • You may require medical follow-up, treatment or emergency intervention of any kind during training.

Language Campus reserves the right to refuse any student, or to terminate their training, if their continued participation in the course could pose a risk to their own health and safety, or that of any member of staff. In such cases, Language Campus will decide the refund policy to be applied, at its sole discretion.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL CALENDAR

5.1 There will be no classes on official holidays. Lessons will not be made up or compensated financially, and students must continue to make the corresponding monthly payments.
