Our SIELE preparation course focuses on providing students with the necessary skills to successfully pass the Spanish proficiency assessment and certification .
With a training plan consisting of 20 group lessons + 10 private exam preparation lessons per week (45 minutes each), the program is designed to ensure student performance in the completely online assessment and certification, which will also determine the student's competencies.
Sponsored by the Cervantes Institute, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the University of Salamanca and the University of Buenos Aires , the program complies with the Common European Framework of Reference.
This certification certifies knowledge and mastery of Spanish. The Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language officially certifies language proficiency. It is also recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports of the Government of Spain.
With our DELE preparation course, you'll learn all the details of the test you'll take to demonstrate your Spanish proficiency . You'll also be able to practice the different skills the test assesses.
Our teaching team will give you tips, tricks , and, above all, help you develop a strategy to successfully face the test. Our preparatory course will prepare you to successfully pass the DELE exam at any level.
Our academy's faculty will prepare the content based on a manual chosen by the department. The preparation course will use examples of exams from previous exam sessions , from which the necessary content will be extracted to prepare for the tests of the different skills: reading comprehension, written expression and interaction, listening comprehension, and oral expression and interaction.

Level A1 aims to ensure students achieve basic proficiency in Spanish, enabling them to interact with native speakers. This level is defined as a basic user of the language, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Functional contents:
It focuses on skills such as understanding short conversations about everyday matters, basic business dealings, announcements, and messages. It also includes the ability to use polite expressions, ask for and give personal information, make presentations, and write simple notes.
Grammatical contents:
Students at level A1 can use simple grammatical structures, with occasional errors. They also have sufficient vocabulary to navigate everyday situations and familiar topics.
Oral and written texts:
It includes the ability to process spoken texts and produce them in a comprehensible manner, emphasizing the importance of adequate acoustic conditions. Regarding written texts, students are expected to understand essential information in short texts and produce simple texts related to everyday life.
Strategic contents:
Students activate basic strategies for planning, monitoring, and repairing communication. They also employ strategies that promote autonomy in learning, raising awareness of cultural diversity and adopting an open attitude toward other cultures.
Sociocultural contents:

Level A2 aims to enable students to carry out simple tasks and meet immediate needs in foreseeable situations. Upon completion of this level, students are expected to understand common phrases and expressions related to relevant areas of experience, as well as be able to describe basic aspects of their background and environment.

Functional content is detailed, ranging from understanding phrases and vocabulary on personal topics to the ability to engage in social exchanges and write short, simple texts in the present, past, and future tenses.
Grammatical contents:
The student's ability to correctly use simple grammatical structures, even when making mistakes, is emphasized. Lexically, vocabulary relevant to specific, everyday needs is acquired.
Oral and written texts:
The skill of understanding and producing oral and written texts is described, with emphasis on understanding short texts and producing messages and texts in different registers.
Strategic contents:
Basic strategies that students can activate to plan, control, and repair communication are addressed, as well as strategies that promote autonomy in learning, raising awareness of cultural diversity, and adopting an open attitude toward other cultures.
Sociocultural contents:
The ability of a beginner to respect differences in register, observe basic rules of courtesy, and function effectively in social relationships is emphasized. The functional content is detailed, including the use of a broad but simple repertoire of vocabulary, structures, and formulas learned, as well as the transfer of information, the issuance of value judgments, and familiarization with cultural references from Spain and Latin America.
Grammatical contents:
Three stages (B1.1, B1.2, and B1.3) are distinguished in the student's grammatical development, from reasonably correct use in predictable situations to correct communication in everyday situations. Emphasis is placed on the expanded use of complex sentences and attention to cohesion mechanisms.
Oral and written texts:
The skills of understanding and producing oral and written texts are described, addressing the comprehension of short or medium-length texts on everyday and general topics, as well as the production of well-organized texts appropriate to the context.
Strategic contents:
The student's ability to employ communication and learning strategies is highlighted, demonstrating autonomy in planning and executing tasks. The beginnings of independence in the use of cultural strategies are mentioned.
Sociocultural contents:
At level B1, students are expected to be aware of the differences between the Spanish-speaking community and their native language. Knowledge of cultural references and social norms associated with the language being learned is consolidated, with the ability to identify significant differences.
Goals:
Level B2 aims to enable students to live independently in Spanish-speaking areas, develop social relationships, and function effectively in work and educational settings. The goal is for students to use the language fluently and naturally in both everyday and complex situations, utilizing a variety of language and complex structures.
Functional contents:
Skills such as understanding lectures, speeches, news, and films are emphasized, as well as participating in fluent conversations, debates, and detailed presentations on topics of general or specialized interest.
Grammatical contents:
Although minor syntactical errors persist, students at level B2 demonstrate good grammatical control, with infrequent errors and self-correction. Knowledge of grammatical nomenclature and metalanguage is assumed.
Oral and written texts:
The skills of understanding and producing complex oral and written texts are detailed, demonstrating the ability to understand and produce clear and detailed messages in a variety of contexts and registers.
Strategic contents:
Students at level B2 are able to use communication and learning strategies independently. The beginnings of autonomy in learning tasks and the use of cultural strategies to analyze differences from their perspective are highlighted.
Sociocultural contents:
At level B2, students are expected to express themselves clearly and politely in a variety of registers, demonstrating knowledge of cultural references and the ability to respond according to social norms and conventions. Awareness of cultural complexity and a general understanding of cultural elements are emphasized.
Goals:
Level C1, achieved after completing 180 hours of the course, aims to enable students to function with high competence in situations requiring advanced language use. The focus is on acquiring skills that enable students to interact fluently and effectively in personal, professional, and academic contexts, demonstrating a deep and nuanced understanding of complex texts and expressing themselves clearly and precisely.
Functional contents:
At this level, students acquire the ability to understand and produce long and complex oral and written texts. They can actively participate in debates, present elaborate arguments, understand extended discourse, and follow complex lines of argument. Cultural and intercultural competence develops, enabling students to appreciate cultural nuances and adapt to different contexts.
Grammatical contents:
At level C1, the student demonstrates an advanced command of grammar, with sporadic errors that do not significantly affect comprehension. A solid understanding of grammatical nomenclature and metalanguage is expected, facilitating the enunciation and understanding of complex grammatical rules.
Oral and written texts:
The ability to understand difficult, conceptually and structurally complex oral and written texts on a variety of topics is a hallmark of level C1. The production of extended and detailed oral and written texts, with advanced use of linguistic resources, is an integral part of this level.
Strategic contents:
Level C1 students demonstrate high levels of autonomy in the use of communication and learning strategies. They can anticipate and prepare key points in their messages, plan learning tasks effectively, and analyze cultural differences from diverse perspectives.
Sociocultural contents:
At this level, students demonstrate a greater awareness of the cultural complexity of Spanish-speaking societies. They have an advanced understanding of cultural elements, values, beliefs, and attitudes, as well as the ability to adapt to different registers and communication styles.
Goals:
Level C2, achieved after 180 hours of training, enables students to communicate effectively in complex situations in personal, public, academic, and professional settings. The goal is for students to develop a natural, deep, and subtle understanding, leading projects, negotiating in international settings, and actively participating in academic life.
Functional contents:
Students acquire skills to understand and produce long and complex oral and written texts. They can produce informal translations and summarize non-specialized texts, demonstrating advanced use of idiomatic and colloquial expressions.
Grammatical contents:
At level C2, students demonstrate advanced grammatical proficiency and solid linguistic awareness. They can explain grammatical phenomena, detect ungrammaticalities, and manage the language in all its complexity.
Oral and written texts:
Level C2 stands out for the ability to understand any type of spoken or written language, even in noisy environments or with varied accents. The production of spoken and written texts is fluent, clear, and detailed, adapting to different styles and registers.
Strategic contents:
Level C2 students use metacognitive, discursive, and learning strategies very effectively. They can infer attitudes and intentions, plan linguistic structures, and draw on prefabricated discourses. They develop cultural mediator attitudes and qualify stereotypes.
Sociocultural contents:
At level C2, students are fully aware of the sociolinguistic and sociocultural implications. They master idiomatic expressions, understand the relationship between terms and context, and participate effectively in diverse and less common cultural situations, managing tensions and misunderstandings.
