Once registration is complete, the user will be redirected to the payment gateway to make the reservation using a credit/debit card. The minimum reservation deposit is €400.

The remaining payment is due at least 4 weeks before the start of the course via bank transfer to our account number or in cash.
It is essential to write down the student's first and last name when making the transfer.
For the purposes of these general terms and conditions, the current year's brochure is the information document to which these terms and conditions are attached. The brochure includes information on programs in Gran Canaria and abroad, destinations, duration and schedule, transportation, accommodation features, prices, and, in general, all necessary and appropriate information regarding the characteristics of the different programs. The information contained in the brochure is binding on both parties, unless one of the following circumstances occurs:
That the changes in said information have been communicated to the consumer before the date of conclusion of the contract, and this possibility has been expressly mentioned in the brochure.
Subsequent modifications may be made with the prior agreement of the contracting parties, which must be in writing.
Any application to enroll in any of our programs will be formalized by completing the corresponding booking form. By enrolling in the program, the consumer declares their physical and mental health status. The booking fee will be deducted from the final program price.
Should a consumer decide to cancel the contracted program, they must notify Language Campus in writing. The consumer will be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid. However, the consumer will be liable for, and Language Campus may retain, the corresponding amount for any damages incurred, including all expenses of any kind incurred to date, including: payments to third parties (schools, residences, insurance), as well as any other infrastructure or logistical costs.
Withholdings or withdrawal fees will amount to:
Management fees: minimum €300 non-refundable.
50% of the total amount, if the cancellation occurs between 20 and 45 days before the start.
75% of the total amount, if the cancellation occurs between 10 and 20 days before the start.
85% of the total amount, if the cancellation occurs between 3 and 10 days before the start.
100% if it occurs within the previous 48 hours, non-appearance, voluntary abandonment or expulsion.
Students must comply with the center's rules and local laws. Inappropriate behavior (drugs, alcohol, violence, theft, etc.) will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Language Campus will not assume responsibility for losses, damages, or expenses arising from the student's participation, except for personal injuries caused by the center's direct negligence. It is also not responsible for delays or cancellations due to external causes (weather, transportation, etc.).

The consumer assumes responsibility for achieving the minimum required level of knowledge. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the inability to continue with the program.
For any dispute arising from this contract, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Gran Canaria. Claims must be submitted in writing to: LC Idiomas GC SLU, Calle República Dominicana, 17, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS Participation in our programs implies acceptance of all the conditions established in the registration form.
