1.3 If the course booked by the Student is no longer available, the Academy will immediately inform the Student in writing or by email and will endeavor to offer a reasonably acceptable alternative course. If this option is not possible, the Academy may cancel the Contract by notifying the Student in writing and refunding any amounts already paid.

WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND/OR ABANDONMENT

3.1 Both temporary (leave of absence) and permanent (definitive) absences must be communicated and signed at the center's reception between the 1st and 15th of the month prior to the requested leave.

3.2 Students may request a leave of absence for justified reasons, with a minimum of one consecutive month and a maximum of two leaves of absence per academic year, with a total maximum duration of two months. The request must be made within the deadlines indicated for definitive withdrawal. Each month of leave of absence carries a reservation fee of €25, payable in advance.

3.3 The client understands that the renewal of the fee is automatic and that to cancel it, he or she must notify the center's reception between the 1st and 15th of the month prior to renewal.

3.4 The Language Campus academic year ends in June. Attendance at classes for that month is mandatory. Students who do not attend will automatically lose their place, with no refund. Those who lose their place due to unjustified absence in June must enroll as new students for the following academic year and will not be eligible for renewal offers.

STATEMENT ON THE STATE OF HEALTH

4.1 Students must declare on the registration form any:

  • physical or mental illness,

  • allergy,

  • disability,

  • or condition that:

    • may interfere with your ability to successfully complete the course,

    • may affect the health or well-being of other students, teachers, or staff,

    • may require medical follow-up, treatment or emergency intervention during training.

Language Campus reserves the right to refuse or terminate a student's training if their participation poses a risk to their own health and safety or that of others. In these cases, Language Campus will determine the refund policy at its discretion.

HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL CALENDAR

5.1 There will be no classes on public holidays. Classes will not be made up or compensated financially, and students must continue to pay their monthly fees, which are prorated based on the annual course price and are not dependent on the number of class hours each month.

5.2 Children's courses (3-18 years old) follow the school calendar, including holidays. Adult courses continue as normal, except on public holidays.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

6.1 Course relocation or cancellation : The academy reserves the right to relocate the student to a suitable level group or to cancel a course at any time if the minimum number of students necessary for its viability is not reached.

6.2 Replacement of teachers : Language Campus may assign a substitute teacher if the teacher cannot continue for any reason, ensuring the continuity of the training.

PAY

7.1 For Individual, Mini Group, Intensive, General Plus, Exam Preparation, Online, and Blended Learning courses, payment of the full course fee must be made no later than 7 days before the course start date (due date).

7.2 All reservations are subject to acceptance by Language Campus.

7.3 Payment for the monthly fees for the 'Action English' and 'General' courses must be made by direct debit, charged on the 1st of each month. Exceptionally, if the student does not have a Spanish bank account, they may pay the fee upon arrival in cash, by card, or by international transfer. A €5 processing fee will apply, and must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month. Failure to do so may result in the loss of their place.

7.4 Payments will be automatically renewed unless a cancellation or account change is requested between the 1st and 15th of the month prior to renewal.

7.5 Language Campus reserves the right to invoice the course fee at any time after the reservation has been accepted.

7.6 All course payments will be made in euros.

7.7 Language Campus may increase the course price when reasonable and justified by circumstances such as tax increases, government measures, or increased labor costs. Students will be informed before the course begins.

7.8 Such price increases will not affect the student's legal right to cancel the contract.

7.9 Registration : A non-refundable registration fee of €30 must be paid at the start of each training course to cover administrative costs. For Action English or Aktion German courses, registration must be paid by September 15 of each academic year.

7.10 Language Campus may request proof of payment from the student before or at the start of the course; failure to provide proof of payment may result in denial of course access.

BOOKS AND LEARNING MATERIALS

8.1 Students will be provided with the necessary books and materials throughout the course. Some programs may require the purchase of additional books or photocopiable materials, which will cost €15.

8.2 The price of books is detailed in the academic year magazine published by Language Campus.

CANCELLATIONS

9.1 Individual and mini-group classes, or the individual portion of General Plus and Intensive courses, may be canceled and rescheduled provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given via WhatsApp message to the academy's reception desk. Classes canceled outside of this timeframe will be deducted from the voucher and cannot be recovered, rescheduled, or reassigned.

RETURNS

10.1 Class vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be returned.

10.2 For Action English and Academic Year courses, if the direct debit is returned by the bank, a penalty of €4 plus the amount of the returned monthly fee will be applied.

10.3 Registration is non-refundable in any case.

10.4 In group courses, the refund of the amount paid is not contemplated, unless the course does not reach the minimum number of participants (8 people) or it opens at a different time than the one initially requested.

COURSE CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
