Protection Protocol and Reporting Channel
We want all students to feel safe and respected. This page clearly explains how we protect children and how they can easily and confidentially raise their concerns.

You can report with your name or anonymously. Include dates, locations, and details that will help us understand what happened.
The Child Protection and Welfare Officer receives and manages reports, supports you throughout the process, and activates any measures necessary to protect the child.
We received your report and registered it confidentially.
We assess the urgency and apply immediate protection if necessary.
We analyze the facts with respect and discretion.
We will inform you of the outcome and the measures taken when possible.
Your privacy and the child's privacy are always protected.
Retaliation for reporting in good faith is not permitted.
Information is only shared with authorities when necessary to protect someone or if required by law.
